About the Event
This program is designed to develop players' ability to perform in game situations. Each of the five 155-minute ice sessions will be broken down into four stages:
Technical Skating
World-class Technical Puck Control Stickhandling Training
Skills Drills that combine skating skills, puck control techniques, passing and shooting skills (applying techniques)
Gaming in small areas or full ice, 1v1, 2v2, 3v3 (applying technical skills in real-time battles)
This sequence will allow players to develop their technical skills and then test and apply them.
